Well here's an interesting question.
Aside from the obvious satisfactin and happiness, a smile can win a lot.
A smile can be the difference between finishing a business negotiation with sucess of not. It's the difference between giving a tip to a waiter and not giving it. It's the difference when conforting someone.
I could go on and on, but it's quite real.
How many of us went through these situations.
As you know, non-verbal communication is almost 85% of all human communication.
Smiling at someone makes them feel your confident, your happy and that they can trust in you. It has the power to transmit happiness towards another person.
With this, easily a hard negotiation can be a nice chat.
